Website implementation has become a commodity these days. You can find companies (or individuals for that matter) that can implement a website for you for a few hundred dollars. With some internet knowledge it is even possible to have your business website up and running in a few hours, basically for free. However how important is (will be) your website for your overall business goals might make the buying for a website a bit tricky.
As in every business decision it is a matter of getting the best outcome out of your current resources. If you want to sell goods out the Internet, you better either, know how to do it, develop the skills to do it, or set aside enough money to outsource the task to an external company.
Then it becomes a matter the amount of resources (money and time) I can afford for this project versus how important is this matter for my business.
The interactive video below can help you to visualize in what region you are and suggests a course of action for your site implementation. It is basically a "Do-it-yourself project" or "pay somebody" else to do it.
